Miri Marriot 'Confidential'? (Part 1)

MIRI: A meeting had taken placed at the Miri Marriot Resort & Spa on last Sunday that lasted for about three hours from 2:00pm till 5:00pm.

Those who were at the meeting were Youth and Sports Minister Dato Ahmad Shabery Chik, a PBB youth leader, a Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, a Helang Putih silat master and Bakri Jeman (who is a brother of the Jawatankuasa Penaja UMNO Negeri Sarawak (JPUNS) chairman Affendi Jeman).

The Political Secretary to the Prime Minister Datuk Shafie Abdullah also attended the meeting but he didn't stay for the full session of the meeting because he had to attend other matters. Nevertheless, he re-joined the meeting from time to time after completing his other errands.

The meeting was certainly not about figuring out ways to coax Affendi Jeman to disband his JPUNS and subsequently join PBB.

Or it was also not about PBB and JPUNS to have a truce because the state election is just around the the corner.

The sole purpose of the meeting was on finding ways to  create a chaotic political scenario in Sarawak and make a Semenanjung-based BN Malay political party to enter Sarawak.

The agenda of the meeting were
* firstly, to identify the Malay PBB assemblymen or assemblywomen who could be roped into the pro-conspiracy PBB group;
* secondly, to identify the Malay-majority constituencies which pro-conspiracy PBB candidates could be fielded to replace the incumbents who are certain to resist any efforts to join the group; and
* thirdly, to find ways to create frictions or tensions among all political parties in the State BN of which when the situation has become chaotic, the Semenanjung-based party would come to Sarawak as the God-sent saviour.

Sebanaku Sarawak have been monitoring the movements of these leaders – as well as others from other groups who are also interested to bring the Semenanjung-based party into Sarawak – for quite some time since last year.

It is for this reason that Sebanaku Sarawak have decided to lie low because we want to them to be under the impression that we are no longer interested in them.

We know that the PBB youth leader, who attended the meeting, was among a handful of PBB leaders who had contemplated to hack or shut down our blog.

The offered price to hackers to shut down Sebanaku Sarawak was RM30,000.

However, we were glad that no body was willing to help them to silent us.

Initially we thought that we would only go after the PBB members who are involved in the plan to bring the Semenanjung-based party into Sarawak after the state election but because of the meeting, we have decided to expose the plan before these leaders could take any actions to execute it.

We wish to warn those who attended the meeting, please don't force us to go to the next step by exposing the identity of the other attendees as well as the full details of the meeting.

(Part Two is on other details including the mechanism to accomplish the objective ... IF NECESSARY)

  18. My respected friends,
Listen to what I gonna say. With your voice and your votes, you can make it clear that in this moment, in this upcoming election, there are something happening in our beloved State of Sarawak. There are something happen when Sarawakians who are YOUNG in AGE AND SPIRIT, who never participated in the politic before turn out in number we had never seen because they know in their heart, that this time must be different, regardless whether they are rich or poor, black or white, Malays, Iban, Bidayuh, Chinese and Indians, we are ready to take this STATE FUNDAMENTALLY NEW DIRECTION. That is what happening in Sarawak right now, change is what happening in Sarawak, my friends.
We mobilise OUR VOICE to CHALLENGE the money and influence that stood in our way and challenge ourselves to reach for something better. There is NO PROBLEM WE CANNOT SOLVE. There is NO DESTINY THAT WE CANNOT FULFIL. We gonna tell those giant that while we sit on the table it does not mean we need to buy every chair. NOT NOW NOT THIS TIME. WE CAN DO THIS WITH OUR NEW MAJORITY...
It is not just about what I WILL DO AS A VOTER but YOU AND THOSE WHO LOVE THIS STATE. The people of Sarawak can change it, that this UPCOMING ELECTION is all about. We know the battle ahead will be longer THAN WHAT WE HAD EVER EXPECTED.
But always remember that no matter what OBSTACLE STAND IN OUR WAYS, nothing could withstand the POWER OF MILLIONS OF VOICES CALLING FOR CHANGE. We have been told for we are not to do this by a course of SINGLE VOICE. It would only grow louder more decently. A week, a month to come. We have BEEN warned from offering the people of this state FALSE HOPES. But in the history of Sarawak, there is NOTHING FALSE ABOUT HOPE.
For when we have faced down impossible odds, we have been told we are not ready or we should not try or that we can. Generation of the young have responded with a simple creek sums UP THE SPIRITS OF THE PEOPLE.
As we learnt THE HOPE OF A LITTLE GIRL who goes to public school is THE SAME AS THE DREAM OF A LITTLE BOY who learn from the sketches on the mud and broken wall. We will remember that there is something happening in Sarawak. THAT WE ARE NOT AS DIVIDED AS OUR POLITIC SUGGEST. That WE are ONE PEOPLE we are ONE NATION ONE SARAWAK.. and we WILL BEGIN the next great chapter in the history of Sarawak from coast to coast, from sea to sea,..... CHANGE IS WHAT HAPPENING TO SARAWAK..
