BORNEO POST - August 29, 2010, Sunday |
The real story behind the delay is Naim Holdings Berhad is asking for another RM1.8 million from SPNB before the project could be in the full swing mode.
And Naim Holding Berhad only made the demand after all the buyers had signed agreements with SPNB !!!
It might be Naim Holding Berhad's right to ask for the additional RM1.8 million but it should have also take into account of the buyers' plight - and not to see all things in ringgit and sen.
Very irresponsible of Naim Holding Berhad bosses - Datuk Abdul Hamed Sepawi who is also the Chairman of Syarikat SESCO Berhad and Datuk Hasmi Bin Hasnan - to see all in the ringgit and sen perspective.
