Impossible when you're not using tracemyip.org but now,you could know the city if you're on statcounter.com with details traffic flow and of course the i.p. unique id of your reader.
a commentator could not check on the ip of other commentator. that is the message in the image, i believe. may be some people out there want to discourage others from visiting this blog. i notice other blogs don't experience this 'i-know-your-ip-adress' scare tactic. i wonder why.......
