This is the question which many members of Parti Islam Se-Malaysia (PAS) are frequently asking themselves.
They are wondering what has happened to a fire-brand young Ustaz Husaini who had impressed many young Malays fews year ago.
Why the young ustaz is now disappearing from the scene?
Has Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) turn its back on Islam in Sarawak?
PAS is not happy to see the 'liberal' Malays such as Abang Zulkifli Abang Engkeh, who is the PKR state secretary, to be in control of the party as it doesn't augur well with the efforts to instill strong Islamic values among the Muslims.
In view of this, PKR needs to find a good solution for this "problem" because to the certain extent it could be a stumbling block to forge a strong cooperation with PAS in the coming state election.
May be PKR does not need PAS' assistance to contest in the Dayak or Chinese majority seats but the party certainly requires PAS' assistance in the Malay/Muslim-majority seats.
